At RueRoo, we know how important your dog’s health is — and we work hard to get your supplements to you quickly and reliably. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or peak demand periods.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States. Some exceptions apply.


Shipping Destinations

Currently, RueRoo.dog ships to:

  • United States (including Alaska & Hawaii)

We do not ship internationally at this time.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@rueroo.dog.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volume

RueRoo is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier, but we are always happy to help investigate issues.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. RueRoo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery)

  • Email support@rueroo.dog with your order number and photos (if applicable)
